Anyone who accesses the http://www.crepsee.com site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) agrees to respect these terms of service, which for certain services may be supplemented by special conditions.
Crepsee reserves the right to modify and update access to the Site as well as the present terms of service at any time. These modifications and updates are imposed on the user who must consequently refer to this section regularly to check the applicable terms and conditions.
Art. 2 Personal and other data
2.1 The data is exclusively intended for Crepsee, its subsidiaries or members of its sales network for the purposes of surveys, analyses, corporate communication, operations relating to customer management and, with your agreement, sales offers. This information is confidential and kept by Crepsee, its subsidiaries and members of its sales network. In accordance with the French “Data Protection Act” of 01/06/1978, you have the right to access, rectify and delete this data as well as a right to object to the data being subjected to processing by contacting us by post at the following address: 3 RUE DU COMMANDANT PILOT - 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine or by email at email@example.com.
Your requests must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of a piece of identity bearing the signature of the holder. The request must specify the address to which the reply should be sent.

The prices or rates mentioned on our site are “maximum recommended prices” on the date of the last Site update. These prices may vary according to the retailer. Moreover, these maximum recommended prices are likely to change periodically or on the occasion of changes to the Crepsee collections.
Art. 6 Manifestly illegal content
According to the French law of June 21, 2004 on trust in the economy, you can alert the host of the presence of content that you consider as illicit by filling in the downloadable form (click on the link). The host will assess the illicit character of the content brought to their attention.
Presenting content or activity as illegal in order to obtain its withdrawal or to cease its diffusion when the person knows this to be incorrect is punishable by one year imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 Euros.
